AceLens is built as a private tennis intelligence platform. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Email address. If you request access or join a waitlist, we collect your email address.

Basic usage data. We may collect limited analytics information such as page views, device type, and general location at country level. This helps us improve performance and understand product usage.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

We use collected information to manage invitation requests and early access, communicate product updates or access decisions, improve product quality and user experience, and monitor performance and stability.

We do not use your information for advertising resale or third-party marketing.

3. Email Consent and Communications

If you join our waitlist, we use your email to communicate access decisions and product updates. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us directly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, or email delivery. These providers only process data on our behalf and under contractual safeguards.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and by using the site you acknowledge this limitation.

You may request access to your personal information at any time. You can also delete your AceLens account directly in the app under Settings, or contact us for additional privacy requests. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide access management, communications, and legal compliance. Data that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified.
